About FARFLY-Adhesive & Sealant Processing Equipment Manufacturer

FARFLY designs and manufactures processing equipment for industrial adhesives, sealants and other high-viscosity materials. From mixing and dispersion to vacuum deaeration, hydraulic discharge, filling and complete production-line integration, we configure equipment around how the adhesive is actually manufactured.

Manufacturing Experience Behind Every Adhesive Project

Founded in 2003, FARFLY has built long-term experience in the engineering and manufacturing of chemical processing equipment. This manufacturing foundation supports our work in adhesive and sealant production equipment today.

With a registered capital of RMB 37.92 million and a 65,000 m² manufacturing base, we support projects ranging from individual high-viscosity mixers to integrated adhesive production lines for customers in more than 150 countries and regions.

Our Focus

Built Around Adhesive Manufacturing, Not Just Machine Supply

Adhesive manufacturing involves more than selecting a vessel of the correct volume. Viscosity, filler loading, shear sensitivity, reaction conditions, temperature, vacuum level and final packaging all influence the production process.

FARFLY therefore starts with the material and production target. We evaluate the required process stages and configure mixing, dispersion, vacuum, transfer, discharge and filling equipment around the formulation.

This approach allows us to support both standalone machines and coordinated adhesive manufacturing systems.

01
Material-Based Engineering

Equipment configuration starts with viscosity, density, filler loading and formulation behavior.

02
High-Viscosity Processing

Planetary and multi-shaft systems maintain circulation where conventional agitators become ineffective.

03
Process Integration

Feeding, mixing, vacuum processing, transfer, discharge and filling can work as one system.

04
Production-Line Support

Engineering extends from equipment selection through production-line planning, installation and commissioning.

Adhesive Applications

Processing Different Adhesive & Sealant Formulations

Different formulations create different production challenges. FARFLY configures equipment according to material behavior rather than applying the same mixer to every adhesive process.

01

Silicone Sealants

High-viscosity mixing and filler incorporation for silicone, structural sealants and related paste materials.

High Torque · Vacuum · Scraping · Filling
02

Epoxy Adhesives

Processing equipment for epoxy resin systems, AB adhesives, structural adhesives and potting materials.

Resin Mixing · Filler Dispersion · Vacuum
03

Polyurethane Adhesives

Mixing, reaction and material-transfer systems for PU adhesives and moisture-sensitive formulations.

Reaction · Temperature · Closed Transfer
04

Acrylic Adhesives

Mixing and dispersion systems configured for acrylic formulations, additives and production requirements.

Mixing · Dispersion · Temperature Control
05

Hot Melt Adhesives

Heated processing systems designed around melting, mixing uniformity and controlled material discharge.

Heating · Mixing · Controlled Discharge
06

Other High-Viscosity Materials

Equipment can also be configured for electronic pastes, compounds, putties and related viscous materials.

Process-Specific Configuration
Process Expertise

From Raw Material Feeding to Final Filling

FARFLY evaluates the complete material path because stable adhesive production depends on how each processing stage connects with the next.

01

Feeding & Batching

Handling of resins, liquids, powders, fillers and functional additives.

02

Mixing

Material turnover and homogenization across changing viscosity.

03

Dispersion

Powder wetting and distribution of fillers throughout the formulation.

04

Vacuum Deaeration

Removal of entrained air introduced during powder addition and mixing.

05

Discharge & Transfer

Pressure-assisted handling of materials that cannot flow efficiently by gravity.

06

Filling & Packaging

Transfer into cartridges, tubes, pails and other packaging formats.

Silicone Sealant Manufacturing

High Viscosity Requires a Complete Process Approach

Silicone sealant is a typical example of why adhesive manufacturing cannot be reduced to a standard mixing machine. As fillers are incorporated and viscosity increases, circulation, dispersion, heat transfer and material discharge become more difficult.

A suitable system may therefore combine high-torque mixing, wall scraping, vacuum deaeration, temperature control, hydraulic discharge and downstream filling.

High Viscosity Maintain material movement as viscosity increases.
Filler Loading Improve incorporation and distribution of powders.
Entrapped Air Use vacuum processing to support deaeration.
Material Discharge Use hydraulic pressure where gravity discharge is insufficient.
What We Engineer Around

Difficult Materials Need More Than a Standard Mixer

Adhesive equipment selection is driven by the production challenges created by the formulation.

01

High Viscosity

High-torque drives and planetary movement support circulation when material flow becomes limited.

02

Entrapped Air

Vacuum mixing and deaeration help remove air introduced during intensive processing.

03

Filler Dispersion

Dispersion equipment supports powder wetting and more uniform distribution throughout the batch.

04

Wall Build-Up

Wall scrapers reduce unmixed material and support more effective heat transfer.

05

Temperature Sensitivity

Jacketed vessels support controlled heating or cooling for temperature-sensitive formulations.
