FAG Fully Automatic Double-Head Vertical Tube Filling Machine
How Does the FAG Automatic Tube Filler Work?
The operator supplies empty containers and bottom caps, then sets the required fill volume on the touch screen. The PLC coordinates automatic container feeding, metered filling, bottom-cap placement, pressing and unloading.
A servo motor controls the volumetric measuring cylinder to deliver the selected dose. The machine handles the subsequent cap operations in the same production sequence, reducing the need to transfer each container manually between separate tasks.
Servo Volumetric Dosing
The measuring cylinder controls the volume delivered to each container. Filling parameters are adjusted through the touch screen.
Automatic Cap Handling
The bottom cap is placed and pressed after filling, followed by automatic unloading of the finished container.
Key Features of the FAG 300
Each function supports a defined part of the filling and packaging sequence, from empty-container supply to finished-product unloading.
Sealant & Adhesive Tube Filling Applications
The FAG is intended for viscous adhesive products packaged in compatible plastic hard tubes or containers using bottom-cap placement and pressing.
Sealant Filling
Fill high-viscosity sealants into compatible plastic hard tubes, with the filling and bottom-cap sequence handled by the machine.
Glass Adhesive Packaging
Combine adjustable volumetric dosing with automatic container handling for glass-adhesive production.
Other Viscous Adhesive Formulations
Evaluate other adhesive products using their flow behavior, required dose and actual tube and bottom-cap samples.
When Should You Choose the FAG Tube Filling Machine?
Start with the packaging sequence, target fill volume and required output when evaluating this double-head vertical filler.
Manual Handling Limits Output
Automating container feeding, dosing, bottom-cap placement and unloading helps coordinate packaging tasks within one machine sequence.
Your Line Needs Repeatable Fill Settings
Servo-controlled volumetric metering provides an adjustable fill setting for a defined product and package combination.
The Package Needs Bottom-Cap Pressing
The FAG is relevant when the packaging process includes a bottom cap that is placed and pressed after filling.

Match the Filling System to Your Product and Tube
Tube diameter is customized. Fill volume is adjusted through the touch screen, while the material supply and package geometry need to be reviewed for the intended production setup.
From Empty Tube to Filled and Capped Product
After replenishment and setup, the machine runs the following filling and cap-handling sequence.
Continuous operation requires replenishment of containers, caps and filling material. The required feed arrangement is evaluated with the production line.
