Metered Filling Meets Automated Flexible Packaging

The FRG combines package formation and filling in one machine. Aluminum film is formed and heat-sealed, coding is applied, and a controlled dose of adhesive is filled before mechanical clipping, cutting and unloading.

A hydraulic discharge system supports the delivery of high-viscosity materials. The servo-driven metering cylinder controls the fill volume, while the PLC coordinates the machine sequence and the touch screen provides access to operating settings.

Specify the material, target dose and finished-pack format together so the filling and packaging functions can be matched to your production requirement.
Two Coordinated Systems Controlled dosing and film handling work together within the automated process.
01

Material Delivery & Metering

Hydraulic discharge supports material flow. A servo-controlled cylinder delivers the selected volume into the flexible pack.

02

Film Forming & Closure

Film forming and heat sealing create the package. The servo-controlled clip-forming system supports the mechanical closure operation.

Machine Functions

Built Around the Adhesive Packaging Process

Integrated controls connect material dosing, film handling and finished-pack output without requiring separate machines for each packaging operation.

01
Adjustable Servo Metering The servo-driven quantitative cylinder controls the dose. Filling volume can be adjusted through the touch screen, up to the specified 600 mL maximum.
02
Hydraulic Discharge Hydraulic material delivery supports the filling of high-viscosity adhesives. Review the formulation and feed conditions when selecting the setup.
03
Film Forming & Heat Sealing The machine forms aluminum film and carries out heat sealing as part of the flexible-pack production sequence.
04
Servo-Controlled Clip Forming A servo motor drives the mechanical clip-forming system. The closure arrangement needs to match the selected film and package format.
05
PLC & Touch-Screen Interface Central controls coordinate the operating sequence and provide access to filling adjustments and machine settings.
06
Coding, Cutting & Unloading Coding and finished-pack separation are integrated with the filling process. Confirm your required code content and downstream handling arrangement.

Flexible Packaging for Adhesives and Sealants

The FRG is intended for compatible adhesive formulations supplied in film-formed flexible packs. Selection starts with the material and packaging specification.

Sealants

Sealant Packaging

Combine controlled filling and automated film handling for sealants intended for flexible packaging. Confirm flow behavior and film compatibility with the actual formulation.

Structural Adhesives

Adhesive Filling

Evaluate structural adhesives against the dose, filling temperature and packaging requirements. Hydraulic discharge supports material delivery to the filling system.

Other Adhesives

Additional Formulations

Discuss other compatible adhesive products, including foam adhesives intended for flexible packs. Assess each formulation and package together before selection.

Package format matters. The FRG uses film forming and clip closure. Do not treat it as a hard-cartridge filler, an aerosol-can filler or a universal machine for every premade pouch format.

Packaging Workflow

From Film to Finished Flexible Pack

The FRG combines seven operations in one automated sequence, grouped below by their role in forming, filling and finishing the package.

01
Form & Heat-Seal Aluminum film is formed and heat-sealed to create the flexible packaging body.
02
Apply the Code The integrated coding operation marks the packaging within the production sequence.
03
Meter & Fill The servo-driven cylinder delivers the selected volume, supported by hydraulic material discharge.
04
Form & Clamp Clips The servo-controlled mechanical clipping system carries out the pack closure operation.
05
Cut & Unload Finished packs are separated and unloaded for the next handling or packing step.

Designed for one-operator machine supervision. Plan material and film replenishment, quality checks, cleaning and downstream handling as part of the full production line.

FRG Automatic Packaging Machine FAQ

Answers to common questions about flexible-pack formats, filling performance, automation and utilities.

What is the FRG automatic quantitative soft packaging machine?
The FRG is an automatic flexible-packaging machine for compatible adhesives and sealants. It integrates aluminum-film forming, heat sealing, coding, volumetric filling, mechanical clipping, cutting and finished-pack unloading.
What is the maximum filling volume?
The maximum specified filling volume is 600 mL. The dose is adjustable through the touch screen using a servo-driven metering cylinder. Confirm the practical minimum dose and each required pack size with your material.
What output and filling accuracy can I expect?
The published production rate is 10-25 packs per minute, with volumetric accuracy within ±0.5%. Actual performance depends on material flow, fill setting, packaging format and operating conditions. This is a volume specification, not a filled-weight guarantee.
Which flexible-pack diameters are available?
The listed selectable tube diameters are 44 mm, 46 mm and 48 mm. These are three discrete options. Confirm the selected diameter together with the film specification, fill volume and finished-pack dimensions.
How does the machine handle high-viscosity adhesives?
The FRG uses hydraulic discharge to support material delivery and a servo-driven metering cylinder to control the filling dose. Material viscosity at filling temperature and the upstream feed arrangement should be reviewed during selection; no numerical viscosity limit is published.
How is the flexible pack formed and closed?
The automated process includes aluminum-film forming and heat sealing, followed by filling and mechanical clip closure. A servo motor controls the clip-forming system. Film compatibility and closure performance should be evaluated with the intended product and packaging materials.
Does automatic operation mean the line can run unattended?
No. The FRG is designed for one-operator machine supervision, but setup, material and packaging replenishment, quality checks and maintenance still need to be planned. Total line staffing depends on the surrounding production and handling arrangements.
What electrical and compressed-air supplies are required?
The published supply is 380 V / 50 Hz, with a 220 V option available. The required compressed-air pressure is 0.6-0.8 MPa and listed air consumption is below 0.3 m³/min. Confirm the selected electrical configuration, including the frequency for the 220 V option, before ordering.
